Academic information
When studying in Denmark you can expect an informal culture where the distance between students and lecturers are small. Students are independent and have the right to form their own opinions and are encouraged to ask questions, express own opinions and participate in the academic discussion - both with fellow students and lectures. Students are expected to be able to analyse and discuss material, both in class, in group work, and within the final examination.
When studying at Aalborg University you can expect lectures, group and project work and discussion-based teaching, for example in a classroom.
