Build, Energy, Electronics and Mechanics in Esbjerg
Applied Industrial Electronics, Esbjerg
As a guest or exchange student, you can join the 5th and 6th semester of the Bachelor's (undergraduate) programme in Applied Industrial Electronics at Aalborg University's campus in Esbjerg. The programme is based on research-based teaching and problem-based project-organised learning. The Department of Energy conducts research regarding alternative and environmentally friendly energy sources as well as savings on energy consumption and optimisation of energy systems in all aspects.
Studying at AAU
During each semester, courses constitute half the study time, while the other half has focus on project work carried out in groups – often working closely with the Department of Energy’s research environments and/or external companies.
This is a full-time study programme so you are required to be present at the university on a daily basis and spend the majority of your day there.
At the Department of Energy, you will find a lot of well-equipped and modern laboratories enabling you to carry out exciting laboratory experiments and tests. These tests will verify the theoretical analysis, which you apply during the project work. The laboratories make it possible to perform realistic tests within industrial electronics and IT and cyber systems.
