An alumni from AAU is a former student at Aalborg University. If you have completed a Master’s, Bachelor’s or diploma degree from Aalborg University you can become a member of the university’s alumni network AAU Alumni. Sign up here.
AAU Alumni is part of Aalborg University and all alumni are welcome to join AAU Alumni – the world’s largest project group. You are an alumnus and are welcome to join AAU Alumni, if you are one of the following:
- You are a former student, who has graduated from Aalborg University.
- You are currently enrolled as a student at Aalborg University, including Master’s programs, and are 60 ECTS, or less, away from graduating.
- You are a PhD with a set date for your PhD defence.
As a member of AAU Alumni you have the opportunity to keep in touch with Aalborg University and become part of a network counting more than 13.000 former AAU students. In addition, you get a number of member benefits.
It is your responsibility to make sure that the information AAU Alumni holds about you is correct and up to date. Please make sure that we have your valid email address at all times so that we can contact you with invitations, deals and news. Update your preferences here.
Being a member of AAU Alumni is free. Your membership is valid until you actively terminate it. If you no longer wish to be a member of AAU Alumni you may terminate your membership by contacting us.
If you no longer want to be a part of AAU Alumni you have the opportunity to unsubscribe. Please use our contact formular in which you state your full name and write that you would like to be resigned from the alumni network. Please also inform why you no longer want to be a member (not a requirement).
If you change your email address, it is important that you inform AAU Alumni about this as you will no longer receive news, event offers, etc. Once you get a new email address, you can update your mail here. If that doesn't work, you can contact us and we will change your email address for you.
If you would like to receive newsletter e-mails, you must register as an alumni and select which areas of interest you would like to see news from. You may also follow AAU Alumni on Facebook and LinkedIn.
AAU Alumni sends E-mails to the email-address you have stated, when you created your profile in the alumni network. If you no longer receive news, it may be because you have changed your email address.

Also remember to check your spam filter if you do not receive emails. If that doesn't work, contact us and we will try to solve the problem.

As a graduate you have access to your student email for up to three months after your studies have concluded. After the three months your student email account will be shut down and all content deleted. Unfortunately, AAU Alumni will not be able to help you with access to your student email. All inquiries should be with your former study programme.
If you wish to contact former fellow students, please contact the study board of your former study programme.

We recommend that you contact your former study programme to learn about other mentor programmes.
