The ambition is for digitalisation to contribute to AAU having an efficient administration that supports the main academic areas and core activities. The digital master plan is based on a needs-driven approach based on the immediate needs AAU has to raise the quality of digital process support in the administrative areas.

It is a long-term plan with an eye to the dynamics in which it will operate. Therefore, the master plan is a dynamic size, where current needs and opportunities for lifting digitalisation to new heights are continuously assessed.
