When you click the link to the Zoom meeting, you will first enter the waiting room. When the meeting start the host will let you in.

Yes, if your phone has access to Wi-Fi or mobile internet, you can participate. Note that in most cases this will require you to use the Zoom app.

Yes, it is not necessary to have your webcam turned on.

We use Zoom to facilitate Online Open Day.

You can also choose to register via the link at the top of the page. You will then receive a reminder about the event by email which will contain a link to the event.

When you click on a link, you will start by being placed in the waiting room. This is where you will be located until the host lets you in.

Check that you have turned up the volume on your device.

Alternatively, go to sound settings, located right next to the microphone icon at the bottom of the screen.

Problems Via browser: When you are in the meeting, press Join audio in the lower left corner -> Join audio by computer -> Allow browser to use audio (pop-up)

Problems Via Phone: Select Call in using internet audio. Otherwise contact us in the support chat.

Click the Zoom meeting link, then  download zoom app/ click Open Zoom meetings in the box.

Click the Zoom meeting link -> Press Cancel in the box -> Press Launch Meeting -> Then press Having issues with Zoom Client? Join from Your Browser -> Fill in name -> Fill in any robot-check -> Join

Click the Zoom meeting link -> Download/open Zoom app -> Select Call in using Internet audio when you enter the meeting
