There is an increasing need for chemical engineers who understand complicated chemical and biochemical processes, and are capable of creative and innovative thinking when developing technologies and products. Chemical engineers are essential to achieve the sustainability goals as formulated by the UN. The skills and competences of chemical engineers are needed to provide safe drinking water, produce and store clean and renewable energy, provide abundant food and health for the growing population on Earth, reuse our resources and change society from being based on crude oil to renewable biomass.

Studying Chemical Engineering at AAU Esbjerg, will help you become a highly skilled technical expert, and you will learn to consider the importance of economic and environmental aspects.
